Hacker Foundation Hijinks¶

This 20-minute talk tells the story of how the Portland Hacker Foundation was set up to accelerate security research around Portland and create asymmetric impact for the local hacker community. It covers the foundation mechanics, the research it has funded so far, and how other communities can build similar systems.
